Notre Riondet a commenc\u00e9 durant l'\u00e9t\u00e9 1978 avec notre p\u00e8re Ivano qui, jeune homme d'une vingtaine d'ann\u00e9es, s'est lanc\u00e9 dans l'aventure du bar-restaurant avec l'aide de sa grand-m\u00e8re Maria, qui le soutenait en travaillant \u00e0 la cuisine.<\/p>

En 1980, le p\u00e8re Ivano a \u00e9pous\u00e9 la m\u00e8re Paola Collomb, qui venait d'obtenir son dipl\u00f4me d'\u00e9tudes secondaires et qui travaillait jusqu'alors avec ses parents et ses s\u0153urs au restaurant La Lisse.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Aujourd'hui, avec notre soutien, nous poursuivons Lo Riondet depuis plus de quarante ans, en maintenant la tradition des plats simples et authentiques typiques de la cuisine de montagne.<\/p>

Pour nous, la famille a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 l'\u00e2me de cette maison : les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations se succ\u00e8dent, avec l'enthousiasme de nos enfants, en s'effor\u00e7ant d'am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l'offre et en maintenant toujours les traditions de la Vall\u00e9e de La Thuile.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
